In addition to the monthly fee, we earn a share of what you earn in China and APAC while we work together, including brand deals, platform income and payments from Chinese brands anywhere. Deals you signed before working with us stay 100% yours. If we part ways, we keep our share only on deals signed while we worked together, and your accounts are handed back to you within 14 days.
Yes, with 60 days’ written notice. Each plan has a minimum commitment period; ending the contract early during that period requires paying 50% of the remaining contract value. After the minimum period, contracts continue month to month.
Yes. We keep your information, content, strategy and financial data strictly confidential and never share it without your written consent, except where the law requires it.
On every plan, we vet, negotiate and manage the brand offers that come to you in China. On Grow and above, we also actively pitch brands for you. You approve every deal and keep creative control.
Crisis coverage is included on every plan: China-platform monitoring, sensitive-date alerts and first-response guidance, with hands-on incident management on Scale and Enterprise. Talent who already operate in China and aren’t on a Gala Digital plan can hire us on a standalone Crisis Management Retainer for $12,500 a month.
